What makes us different?
We professionally custom design 2-3 unique and different designs based on your input. You then decide which of the 2-3 designs that you would like further modified. We then continue modifying your chosen design until you are 100% happy and ready to approve it for production. What that means is, you don’t have to learn to be a designer and have to “cut and paste” into, or frustrate yourself learning how to navigate through hard to use online design software.
Do you offer refunds?
Everything that we do is “one of a kind” and very specific to your request. Once you approve the final production design, no refunds are available. The only exception is if we did something wrong during the production process. In that case we will remake it or issue you a refund if that is your preference.
What is the turnaround time?
It is very important that you monitor your email inbox as you will get your initial design proofs 1-3 days after placing your order. We design until you are happy, so please allow 1-10 days, depending on how quickly we get to a design that you can approve. After you approve the design, actual production usually takes 3-10 business days, depending on how busy we are at that time. But typically we get most items produced and “out the door” in 2-4 business days.
Can I see my designs before ordering & paying?
No you cannot! We GUARANTEE that we won’t stop designing for you until we create a design that you are in love with. In the highly unlikely event that you never fall in love with any of your professionally done designs, we will cheerfully offer you a refund.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free to the lower 48 states. Everywhere else you will have to pay the current shipping charges which range from $9-$24 depending on where in the world you are shipping to.
Will I Receive an Order and Shipping Confirmation?
You will receive an email confirmation from us as soon as your order is received. You will also receive an email from us when your order is put into production and again when it ships. That email will include your tracking number with a link for quick and easy tracking!
